Formation X-Country Meet

This is supposed to done earlier..but no time..so now..well as mentioned after the Spiritual Milk retreat..went home..bath for a while..pack back and hurry back to camp..why!?becos i didn't have much sleep the whole week if you realised that..haha anyway it was one of my earliest nite rest in camp..it's only 2245hrs went i Zzz~~ to go lala land..

Ok woke up early in the morning like 5am..back was feeling a bit the pain..prayed to GOD to remove the pain so that later when i run, i won't be facing such a problem..hmm the weather was cold! i was shivering trying to warm my body up for the 7km competition..(still don't why they ask me..) Met up with my team manager and start prep for the run..

Soon, it was 6.30am and it flag off..I didn't have the best of start..considering that there were 300+ runners..soon i find myself somewhere lagging the leaders..imagine not running since the AHM'05 which is liked on 11 Sep 05 till now..woah~~ run and run and run..many times..i got to tell myself that the end point is near..only less than 30mins = 1800 secs of running.. got to endure..soon i find myself completing the race.. with a position of 35!!! That's even better than last year of 59 n a timing of 34:31...guess what?? my timing is now 29:27!! just 2:35 away from the first guy!! argh~~ i can't believe i ran so fast!! wow it's GOD's amazing grace that allow me to overtake so many people like my dys2, dys3,my own buddy,weiming,other specs as well n more etc..it's encouraging to know that i neeed to keep myself fit despite always found in the office..hehe it was a great feeling and yes i did it w/o much training.. i wonder if i had proper training..will i be like my other AHM runners..it's just 2mins away..approx. 700m ahead of me..

Anyway, like I least expected..the mess that i represented..our team came in with an overall standing of 2nd!!!which means a trophy!!! i never imagine taking a trophy again for running especially in my army days... haha the feeling was great and sweet as i went up there with my fellow runners to receive the trophy; my ORD trophy from the Head BTC, Maj Ming..haha and what more.. i am more energetic than last year run.. ran faster and more lively.. it was sure GOD's grace that pulled me through all these events.. yeah my week was fast, fun, exciting, memorable and GOD experiencing.. HE answered my prayers..

Hehe.. after that went back bunk to ZZzz~~ and then book out at 12noon..Off to do my publicity for ReZolution Camp'05..
