Upon Your Grace

Well, i decided to try to translate this song which is always upon my heart...So here it goes..

Every day Every night
Every second, I yearn upon Your Grace
In trouble times When I am happy
Your both hands embraces me into Your Grace

Lord Jesus Your precious blood
Washes me all my inequities
Died for me Cried because of me
Exchange for me everlasting grace

What else can i give You, Lord? That can repay Your sacrifice
Every i look upon the Cross My tears wil freely flow out
In my heart I won't forget
You used Your blood to exchange for my new life
From now on there won't be any hurt no more struggles
In Jesus's presence I found peace and freedom HOPE
